Will lodging, transportation and meals be provided?
- Yes! Lodging, transportation between the hotel and events, and meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) will be provided each day of the event at no additional cost to attendees. Please note that transportation to/from the airport will not be provided.
Am I able to bring family/guests?
- Due to space limitations, co-coaches, family, and other guests cannot be accommodated at the NAC. Please encourage your friends and family to follow the excitement on ICPC Live! A link will be provided at the ICPC NAC website.
What can I expect from this event?
- Lots of learning, competitive fun, and life-changing opportunities in meeting with other contestants, industry representatives, and government professionals!
I have special requests/need for lodging and food accommodations. Who can I reach out to?
Requests for special needs should be entered into the ICPC Registration system no later than May 8, 2025. Please email Jennifer.Sutton@ucf.edu with questions.
Does UCF have WiFi all throughout campus?
- YES! There is accessible free Wi-Fi in all areas throughout campus. Look for the UCF Guest network. As always, WiFi will not be available during the Dress Rehearsal on Sunday 5/25, or during the Competition on Monday 5/26.
May I bring food onto the contest floor?
- You may NOT bring any beverages. Water will be provided. You may bring some snack items. These will be limited to items that are not likely to be a hazard to the computer equipment. You must put all your snacks in a clear plastic bag and present it for inspection as you enter the contest floor. The decision of the floor personnel on whether or not a particular snack item is acceptable is final and may not be appealed. The item will be removed, and we will not be able to label or "hold" the items for you.
