Has a desk assistant kept you from spinning out?This is your chance to show some appreciation to the Learning Support team for keeping you on track! Stop by the Mario Kart-themed LSC and WC during the event to leave an appreciation note for your pit crew. There's something in it for you too--all appreciation notes will be entered for a chance to win prizes! All participants will also receive a small token of appreciation.
- 7:00 AM1hTriathlon TrainingThis 6-week Small Group Training program will prepare participants for the Ron Jon Cocoa Beach Sprint Triathlon (swim 1/4-mile, bike 12.5 miles, run 3.1 miles). There is a bike requirement for the race, but not for the training. Both new and veteran triathletes are welcome; however, previous fitness experience is recommended. Training takes place on Monday's and Wednesday's at 7 am. The Small Group Training cost is $50. This event is dedicated to bringing together UCF faculty to discuss, explore and discover the transformative potential of digital learning. This is an open-house style event, allowing faculty to drop in as long as their schedule permits. This is a unique opportunity to explore innovative ideas and techniques that will enhance the learning experience for our students. Registration is not required.

Over the course of two to four semesters, students work closely with a faculty committee to research, write, defend and publish an original thesis that serves as an honors capstone product of their undergraduate career.
