This course primarily focuses on topics of mindset, preparation and safety awareness, but also utilizes defensive tactics instructors, certified by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to demonstrate basic physical defense techniques. Our courses are designed to provide attendees with information, tactics and options which we believe may be useful for various types of crimes perpetrated against victims.As an inclusive, public institution of higher education, UCF offers the Mighty Knights classes to all students, staff and faculty within the UCF community at no cost.
