This course -- taught by UCF police officers who are experienced and knowledgeable about personal safety and threat awareness -- primarily focuses on topics of mindset, preparation and awareness, but also demonstrates basic physical defense techniques. Our courses are designed to provide attendees with information, tactics and options which we believe may be useful for various types of crimes perpetrated against victims.As an inclusive, public institution of higher education, UCF offers the Mighty Knights classes to all students, staff, and faculty within the UCF community at no cost.
