UnionWest is a 15-story student housing unit with restaurants on the ground floor, student academic services, classrooms and amenities such as Recreation and Wellness @ Downtown conveniently located on floors 1–5, and student residences on floors 6–15.

Residential students have 24/7 access to the residential areas using a valid campus ID.
