Join us for a Yoga class in the Group Exercise Studio on the 2nd floor of UnionWest!This class uses mind body connection to create an invigorating, heat-producing practice that detoxifies the system, realigns the body and energizes the spirit. This class will get your heart beating, as well as offer strength based poses and meditation. Variations will be offered for all levels.

Take a break and LEtGO by attending this stress relief workshop! You will begin with yoga to help your mind and body relax and rejuvenate, then you will use Legos to reinforce the mind-body connection and help improve your focus.This workshop will take place on the Unionwest 6th Floor Skydeck. For access to the Skydeck, meet us at the RWC@Downtown (Unionwest 2nd floor - Suite 246) by 10:55am.This is an all levels yoga class. Mats will be provided.
