UCF Parental Leave Policy offers employees up to six months leave for the birth, adoption or foster care placement of a child. This seminar is for staff who are adding (or planning to add) a new child to their family, as well as those who support or lead staff members who may use Parental Leave. Spouses are always welcome with the UCF employee.
