Emotional intelligence (EI), or emotional quotient (EQ) refers to the ability to recognize, understand, manage, and utilize emotions effectively in oneself and others. It encompasses skills such as emotional awareness, empathy, self-regulation, motivation and social skills, which are essential for personal and professional success.

In this workshop you will learn about opportunities to grow your EI/EQ for your college and career success.
