The RWC building has a 9,300 square foot cardio floor equipped with 150 cardio pieces including: Matrix, Star Trac, Precor, Woodway, Life Fitness, and Cybex. There are a variety of machines including: recumbent and upright bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, total body ellipticals, lower body ellipticals, steppers, and arc trainers. There is also a 1/8 mile track to enhance your cardiovascular endurance.
