Well, now is your chance to see this unique sight with the help of our professional student trip leaders. Off of the city of Titusville, you can watch this magic happen. With each stroke of your paddle, you can see the water light up before your eyes and may even see a bioluminescent jellyfish as a surprise! Come join us on one of our most popular trips that Adventure Trips has to offer!What's Included: All of our adventures include all necessary gear for the activity (including kayaks, PFDs, headlamps, etc.), transportation to/from the activity, and professional guidance by OA Trip Leaders. All staff are certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, and most are certified Wilderness First Responders.What's Not Included: Participants should wear athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring personal water/snacks. The UCF Recreation and Wellness Center, in collaboration with the University of Central Florida Officials Association, will be offering the 29th Annual Basketball Officiating Class. This class is designed to train officials in the proper rules and mechanics needed to officiate at the high school level and beyond. Qualified officials will teach it from the local high school associations, various college conferences and professional leagues, including the NBA.When: Class begins Tuesday, August 26, and takes place from 6:00-10:00 PM, and will continue every Tuesday until October 21.Class Format: Class will meet each night in the Recreation and Wellness Center, Room 206. Rules, discussion, and hands-on training will take place in each class. Instructors and guest speakers will provide feedback on how to improve through on-court and video-taped critiques. FEE: The cost is $35.00 for UCF Students and $80.00 for non-UCF Students. Registration includes a whistle, a t-shirt, a class manual, and instruction. Parking is not included in this fee. *Only 26 spaces are available. Registration will continue until the class is filled.
