This six-week small group training program will prepare participants for the Ron Jon Cocoa Beach Sprint Triathlon (swim 1/4-mile, bike 12.5 miles, run 3.1 miles) on April 13. There is a bike requirement for the race, but not for the training. Both new and veteran triathletes are welcome; however, previous fitness experience is recommended. The small group training cost is $50.
