FOR Faculty or Staff: COIL, or Collaborative Online International Learning, is an innovative teaching approach that connects students and faculty from institutions in different countries to engage in joint academic projects. These collaborations are designed and facilitated by two faculty members from diverse cultural, linguistic, and geographical backgrounds, using online communication tools to co-develop and deliver integrated learning experiences. Participation in COIL projects offers several key benefits:
