- 10:00 AM4hDrug Take Back EventFind us outside the Union near the entrance closest to the Student Union Police Department office.UCF Police Department and Student Health Services will partner to collect expired, unwanted, or unused prescription drugs as part of an anonymous, no-questions-asked national effort to curb drug abuse and safely dispose of unneeded medicine.Stop by anytime during our event to make a drop-off and do your part to fight prescription drug abuse!Over-the-counter and prescription drugs are welcome. Pet medication also will be accepted.After the event, the DEA will incinerate all collected items, which is the safest way to destroy expired or unneeded drugs, keeping them out of the hands of abusers and protecting our waterways and landfills.Not on the main campus? No problem! Stop by a Student Health Services clinic at College of Medicine or UCF Downtown and ask for a kit to bring home and safely dispose of your medications.
