The ACE Personal Training course is a 8-week course that consists of lectures and in-person labs, where you are provided an opportunity to receive hands-on personal training experience. This course is great for anyone interested in becoming a certified personal trainer or wanting to learn more about exercise programming. The course is $320.00, including the materials (textbook, online module access, practice exam, and Personal Training Exam enrollment).American Council on Exercise (ACE) certifications are well-recognized throughout the United States and the world as providing comprehensive knowledge. With each stroke of your paddle, you can see the water light up before your eyes and may even see a bioluminescent jellyfish as a surprise! Come join us on one of our most popular trips that Adventure Trips has to offer!What's Included: All of our adventures include all necessary gear for the activity (including kayaks, PFDs, headlamps, etc.), transportation to/from the activity, and professional guidance by OA Trip Leaders. All staff are certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, and most are certified Wilderness First Responders.What's Not Included: Participants should wear athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring personal water/snacks.
