AboutOutdoor Adventure is proud to partner with Ranger Rick's SCUBA Adventure, one of the most experienced scuba dive outfitters, for our entry-level NAUI SCUBA certification course. This course is available for students who are currently enrolled and taking classes at UCF.Upon successful completion of this course and check-out dives, graduates are considered competent to engage in open water diving activities without supervision, provided the diving activities and the areas dived approximate those of training. No previous SCUBA experience is required; however, basic swimming skills are necessary to complete the course.Cost The total cost of the certification is $320 with $40 due at the time of registration. The rest of the price is due the first weekend of the certification paid to Ranger Rick SCUBA Adventures.ScheduleIn order for the participant to receive the SCUBA certification, they must complete two consecutive weekends of training. The first weekend encompasses classroom work and practice dives in the pool. Normally, the first weekend includes Friday night, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday.
