Join us for a Pilates Class at Luminary Green Park! Pilates offers a complete core workout by challenging all of our stabilizing muscle groups. Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. This class will take place by the Orlando sign at Luminary Green Park. This park is located across from the Downtown Union West building.
