- Nov 216:00 PMUCF Symphony Orchestra Open Dress RehearsalThe UCF Symphony Orchestra opens the doors for a dress rehearsal in preparation for their concert the following night as part of the St. Lukes Concert Series featuring Rebecca Burkardt as Guest Conductor. The UCF Symphony Orchestra is a full orchestra with strings, brass, woodwind and percussion. The group performs literature of the highest caliber by master composers such as Bach, Beethoven and Mahler.
- Nov 217:00 PMUCF Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble ConcertUCF's two auditioned large ensembles, the UCF Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble, will present their combined concert in the Pegasus Ballroom in the UCF Student Union. The program will feature the premiere of a new concert for two solo flutes & wind ensembles, as well as a variety of some of the best traditional and contemporary works for wind band.

The group performs literature of the highest caliber by master composers such as Bach, Beethoven and Mahler. The ensemble performs locally and regionally for various concerts and festivals and is open to all students regardless of major, but participation is by audition only, taking place at the beginning of each semester

- Jan 1912:00 PMGuest Artist Masterclass: David Griffin, Horn Chicago Symphony OrchestraDavid Griffin is the fourth horn of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Upon graduating from Northwestern University in 1987, Griffin began his career with the Rochester Philharmonic and followed with positions in the orchestras of Montreal and Houston before joining the Chicago Symphony in 1995. Griffin has served as guest principal horn of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Saint Louis Symphony, Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and Shanghai Radio Orchestra. In September 2017, Griffin traveled to Japan for a solo tour, performing recitals in Tokyo, Nagasaki, and Osaka.
