Dr. Shuler has been heard throughout the United States, in Spain, and Japan. She has performed with the Roswell Symphony, Southwest Symphony Orchestra, Champaign Urbana Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonia da Camera, Kansai Clarinet Ensemble, Concert Band of Central Illinois, and the American Wind Symphony Orchestra.Dr. Shuler has served as principal trumpet of the Champaign-Urbana Symphony Orchestra and guest principal trumpet of the Peoria Symphony Orchestra. Shuler has also performed with additional orchestras including the Moscow State Radio, Illinois, and Green Bay Symphony Orchestras.

The UCF Concert Band and university band is an open-enrollment ensemble designed to offer continued performance opportunities for those students who wish to keep music in their lives as a recreational and aesthetic activity.

UCF has two Jazz Chamber Groups. These small groups perform music appropriate to the level of musicianship in the group. Repertoire and improvisation skills are the main focus of these groups. The Jazz Chamber groups perform frequently around Central Florida.
