- Oct 2210:00 AMEmotional Intelligence for LeadersEmotional intelligence (EI) is a foundational leadership skill that drives team engagement, collaboration and overall effectiveness. This 90-minute session empowers leaders to develop a deep understanding of their own emotions and emotional responses, accurately interpret the emotional cues of others and adapt their behavior to meet the needs of diverse situations.
