Checking In

Family Weekend Check-In will be open from 12:00pm to 8:30 pm on Friday, September 06 in Live Oak Event Center, next to Garage B. See helpful details here.

At check-in you will receive your Family Weekend tote (per family) with promotional materials and giveaways, a voucher for two (2) meals from UCF Retail Dining Services and a wristband for access to the weekend's events. This wristband must be worn all weekend as it is your entry into each event. You will then pick-up t-shirts in the adjoining room and then be on your way to choosing your adventure.

To create a smooth Check-In process for all, we recommend that only one member of each family check-in for the entire party. When you arrive, the registration will be under the Host’s name so be ready to share that with the staff checking you in. The “host” is the person who registered the family for Family Weekend.
