Checking In

Family Weekend Check-In will be open from Check-in will be open from 12:00pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, September 29 in the Student Union, Pegasus Ballroom. Please enter the Student Union in the south entrance located between the University Community Outreach Center and the Volunteerism & Community Engagement Offices. See helpful details here.

• At check-in you will receive your Family Weekend tote (per family) with promotional materials and giveaways, a ticket for t-shirt pick-up, a voucher for a meal from UCF Retail Dining Services and a wristband for access to the weekend's events. This wristband must be worn all weekend as it is your entry into each event.

To create a smooth Check-In process for all, we recommend that only one member of each family check-in for the entire party. When you arrive, the registration will be under the Host’s name so be ready to share that with the staff checking you in. The “host” is the person who registered the family for Family Weekend.
