Please do not enter emergency requests online, call work control directly for non-life threatening emergencies. An emergency request is a time sensitive situation such as inoperative elevator, toilets running over, power out, or an alarm that will not turn off. In a non-life threatening emergency, call the Work Control Center 24/7 anytime day or night. (407) 823-5223
If you are reporting a life threatening emergency, call 911 immediately! Examples are but not limited to: elevator entrapment, fire, traffic accidents, etc.
