The UCF Department of Anthropology represents the future of academic Anthropology. The department has a four-field and interdisciplinary approach that focuses both on the efficient delivery of anthropological concepts through a variety of teaching modalities -- field, face-to-face, web -- as well as on active research -- in Belize, Bolivia, Egypt, Lithuania, Mexico, Peru, Poland, and Turkey
