This Live workshop will provide an overview of how to build a successful Joint Venture package that conforms to SBA regulations. An old phrase says that two heads are better than one, your properly conformed Joint Venture will make that statement true. A joint venture agreement or JV is an arrangement between two or more businesses to team up to accomplish a particular business goal. A joint venture may be formed to fulfill a project or business activity, such as when a foreign company wants to enter the local market. Joint ventures may only be temporary, but businesses can enter a JV agreement for short-term or long-term undertakings. We will discuss the specific SBA rules on how to prepare the agreement, as well as how to populate the new entity. Join us online for an information session on the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at UCF and learn about the unique admission requirements for each BSN program track. In this interactive information session, ask questions and find out what you need to know to successfully prepare your BSN program application.UCF's Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Information Sessions are designed to help prospective BSN students understand the process and steps for applying to UCF's limited-access, upper-division BSN programs which include the traditional, second degree and concurrent options.
