Join us for a Pilates class on the Skydeck! Pilates offers a complete core workout by challenging all of our stabilizing muscle groups. Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.This class will take place on the skydeck located on the 6th floor of UnionWest. For access to the skydeck, meet us at the RWC@Downtown (2nd floor of Unionwest in Suite 246) by 11:55am. We will go up to the 6th-floor skydeck as a group. Kaleidoscope 360° is a family-friendly outdoor movie series held on the first Wednesday of each month at Luminary Green Park in Creative Village, Downtown Orlando. This monthly food distribution event is a volunteering opportunity that occurs on the third Thursday of every month at the 910 Livingston Street Church of God about a block and half from UCF Downtown and Valencia College Downtown.The entire volunteer opportunity is from 8:30am-1:00pm. There are 2 volunteer shifts: 8:30am-11:00am and 10:30am-1:00pm. Volunteers may sign up for one or both shifts (link below).Volunteers will be expected to assist with setup and teardown, breakdown and repackage food for distribution, and assist with loading patron's vehicles.*If all 20 spots are filled, you are still able to come volunteer.
