- 7:30 AM13h 30mPercussion Summer InstituteThe UCF Percussion Summer Institute offers a unique opportunity to study closely with UCF percussion faculty Thad Anderson, percussionist, composer, and contemporary-electroacoustic music specialist; Kirk Gay, world-class timpanist and orchestral musician; and Jeff Moore, internationally recognized percussion clinician, lecturer, and soloist. Additional guest artists and faculty will also be involved throughout the event.The UCF Percussion Summer Institute is intended for advanced high school and college percussionists. Typically, participants are rising juniors or seniors in high school or college-age students.
