The cafe is hosted at the Graduate Student Center on the first Wednesday of each month.

We meet regularly to help each other live drug-free. There are no dues or fees, the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using. Our fellowship focuses primarily on recovery from the disease of addiction. Strengthen, stretch, align the body and increase flexibility using continuous flowing movements. Yoga helps relieve physical, mental, and emotional stress, and seeks to bring out the best in you. Please bring a mat or towel if able, and water. Walk-ins are welcome!
