- DescriptionExperience the exceptional talents of UCF's top-performing students as they compete for $2,000 in scholarship prizes. Three expert judges will select the winner, who will have the opportunity to perform with either the UCF Orchestra or UCF Wind Ensemble in the spring semester. This final round of the annual UCF Concerto-Aria competition is open to the general public, and admission and parking are free.

- Oct 247:30 PMGuest Artist Recital: Lindsay Garritson, pianoDr. Lindsay Garritson has performed throughout the United States and abroad since the age of four. She has appeared on stages such as Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and Place des Arts, and has been featured as soloist with the Phoenix Symphony Orchestra, Charleston Symphony Orchestra, Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra, Keweenaw Symphony, Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre Metropolitain, Atlantic Classical Orchestra, Orquestra Sinfonica Barra Mansa, the Yale Philharmonic Orchestra, and the European Philharmonic Orchestra, among others. An award-winning performer, Lindsay has received top prizes at the Montreal International Piano Competition, USASU Bosendorfer International Piano Competition, and the Mozarteum International Chopin Competition. She was selected as a participant in the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition as well as a finalist for the German Piano Award in Frankfurt, Germany.
