- DescriptionFor over 25 years, the UCF Welcome Expo has highlighted a wide range of UCF programs, campus resources, and local businesses. Hosted by the Knights Major Exploration and Transition Center (KMETC), the event is held during the first week of fall classes during Pegasus Palooza.
The event welcomes new and returning students, staff, and faculty to experience what UCF and the surrounding communities have to offer! There will be music, food, and tons of giveaways!

- Jun 2012:30 PMSummer Flute & Piccolo InstituteUCF's Summer Flute & Piccolo Institute is a one-week intensive program designed to educate and inspire young flutists through an interesting and cultivating curriculum that examines many aspects of flute and piccolo performance.Each member will be placed in a flute choir, including full instrumentation (Piccolo, C flute, Alto flute, Bass flute and Contrabass flute) that will help flute students to read repertory, develop intonation, rhythm, and ensemble skills. Daily master-classes and individual coaching appointments provide continual and concentrated input from faculty. Flute choir, small ensembles, and private instruction are grouped according to the level of advancement. In addition to the daily curriculum, guest artists will give classes to the students.
