The ACE Personal Training course is a 8-week course that consists of lectures and in-person labs, where you are provided an opportunity to receive hands-on personal training experience. Structured Query Language (SQL) is used for data retrieval, searching, modification, and reporting by relational database systems. This workshop is an introductory level course aimed at researchers and students new to databases. You will learn how to explore data stored in databases like Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, mySQL, Oracle, and SQLite using SQL. You will gain hands-on experience querying, sorting, formatting, and transforming data. You also will be introduced to various tools such as the Python and R programming languages for accessing and querying databases. Join Outdoor Adventure for the Moonlight Paddle Series on Lake Claire. During this event, you will get the chance to paddle on the lake once the sun goes down with our knowledgeable paddle guides. They will teach you basic paddle strokes, leave no trace principles, and exciting information about the flora and fauna that call Lake Claire home. The Blended Learning class includes an online portion (most participants can complete this in approximately 2 hours) and an instructor-led class skills session (approximately two hours long).
