Based on the book StrengthsFinder 2.0 and the CliftonStrengths assessment, this course explores how participants can use a strengths-based focus on supervision, strategic planning, and leadership dynamics.

This multi-day event will help students:1. Learn how to access and read their degree audit to better understand the requirements for completing their current declared major. 3. Assist students in adding classes to their shopping cart and setting up the "Swap" feature. 4. Educate students on the FloridaShines transient course option. 5. Know who their assigned Academic Success Coach (ASC) is and how to schedule an appointment with him/her. If assigned to a committee, how to schedule with an ASC. 6.
