What about an adventure white water rafting through scenic side canyons. Join OA as we explore the layers of what is known as, 'Georgia's Little Grand Canyon', in Providence Canyon State Park. If we're lucky, we might even see the rare Plumleaf Azalea that only grows in this region, as well as other local flora and fauna on our adventure!What's Included: All of our adventures include all necessary gear for the activity (including camping gear, rafting fees, etc.), transportation to/from the activity, and professional guidance by OA Trip Leaders. All staff are certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, and most are certified Wilderness First Responders. Meals will be provided on this trip; all menus will take dietary restrictions/preferences and allergies into account. Occasionally, groups will eat at restaurants while traveling. The RWC offers American Red Cross Adult CPR/AED, First Aid Blended Learning classes. The Blended Learning class includes an online portion (most participants can complete this in approximately 2 hours) and an instructor-led class skills session (approximately two hours long). The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class skills session.Each participant who successfully completes the course will earn an American Red Cross certificate in Adult First Aid, CPR with AED.
