Once you complete a BINGO (one row, column or diagonal), you're up for a prize! Little Knights Reading Challenge Color in a Knightro for every story you read, then have a parent or guardian submit the completion form for a certificate! - All dayBiology Summer InstituteThe Biology Summer Institute is a one-week program for rising junior and senior high school students interested in seeking further understanding of Central Florida's diverse ecosystems, from Orlando to the east coast. This program will introduce students to field techniques and experimental approaches used in water quality assessment, vegetation monitoring, forest ecology, and studies of gopher tortoises and marine turtles. Throughout the program, students will participate in hands-on experiences with professional biologists in a fun and educational setting designed to inspire a passion for studying the fields of biology, ecology and natural resource conservation. In addition, students will spend one day in the lab learning basic data analysis and the importance of communicating science. We meet regularly to help each other live drug-free. There are no dues or fees, the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using. Our fellowship focuses primarily on recovery from the disease of addiction.
