This is a 2.5 to 3 hour virtual training session designed to help two groups of business: (1) those just exploring or brand new to government contracting and (2) those down the path a bit looking to backfill some gaps. Employees who try to work too hard or do too much can become overly stressed. The final stage of this stress response is burnout, which is a concern for employers who want to maintain productivity in the workplace.
