While canoeing, you may catch sight of the famous Florida Trail and the beautiful flora and fauna of this tranquil location. Whatever your canoeing experience level, our trip leaders will guide you through one of Florida's hidden gems!What's Included: All of our adventures include all necessary gear for the activity (including camping gear, canoes, PFDs, etc) and professional guidance by OA Trip Leaders. All staff are certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, and most are certified Wilderness First Responders. Participants should wear athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring personal water/snacks. The Pegasus String Quartet is led by renowned violinist and UCF Professor Ayako Yonetani. Featuring Dr. Yonetani and three graduate students, the ensemble will present some of the most iconic music for string quartet.

This year's program includes scenes from Donizetti's "L'elisir d'amore", Nicolai's "The Merry Wives of Windsor", Humperdinck's "Hansel and Gretel", Mozart's "Don Giovanni", and Verdi's "Nabucco".Every fall semester, the students enrolled in UCF's Opera Workshop class are assigned scenes to study, memorize, and prepare for this annual event. This year we have 16 students in the class - many of them are new students at UCF - and they are excited about singing/acting for you. We have four performances from which to choose - two on Sunday, November 9 and two on Saturday, November 15.
